Finally got it !

The trick was to leave the blitter in its socket while fitting the PAK (and exxos' adapter).

This is weird as it is recommended to disable and remove it in the Mega ST...

ACSI (Ultrasatan) and FDD works great now.

Sysinfo shows 48Mhz but the actual oscillator is only 32 Mhz.

Results are quite impressive with Gembench:

Next step is to try higher oscillator values.

Unfortunately, I have bombs at 50 Mhz...

It might be too much for the Ultrasatan.

Got to try with IDE next week.

That's all for today I think.

Well done.

I didn't have to worry about the blitter in my Pak 68/3 equipped STacy
because it doesn't have one. One less thing to worry about for me. :)

IIRC, when I was testing after first installing my Pak (and getting it
working), Sysinfo did report some strange speeds. I'll run it again
and see if I'm remembering correctly and report back here.

Okay, I did remember correctly. Sysinfo also reports my Pak 68/3 incorrectly here as well. It should be 40mhz.

Just for comparison, I ran Gembench on my Pak 68/3 board as well. Again, this is at 40mhz, both CPU and FPU.

Just to show what a difference NVDI makes: :)

SYSINFO reports my Afterburner at 32MHz, but it's clocked at 46. :)

@Darklord

Yes, NVDI is really good.

@Rustynutt

Centek bench shows the right speed, but Sysinfo has a quirk.

Didn't have really much time today, but tried Badwolf's adapter with the 5 SILs (3.3k) soldered to it.

Result: no go with my PAK68.

Don't know if it's worth checking with 4.7k SILs (same values as on exxos' adapter), but I might try later as I have other projects pending now.

If @Badwolf has some clues. it would be great as his adapter is really good with other configurations.
