i have an offer for a TT. But TBH i think the moment for this accelerator is passed. I think people are soon going to be worrying about things more important than making old computers go slightly faster.

Actually seeing the way the economy is right now. I will not be doing this. I'm unlikely to continue developing new cards after the TF4060. Will keep supporting what we have and will let the TF360 and TFMSX out soon. But after that i will be calling it a day on new designs. I've bank rolled them out of pocket up until now but with inflation and interest rates like this i cant be spending on hobbies anymore.terriblefire wrote: 27 Sep 2022 08:53i have an offer for a TT. I'll keep doing firmware updates as they're free essentially.

So I watched your RMC cave-talk. Super interesting. Especially the part where you said that a 060 accelerator for the TT was in the plans after all. You have a firm commitment to buy one from me.

Drat, I was really hoping for a TF1232 (TF1230+FPU - I know, I know) and/or a TF536+ (TF536+FPU).
Am looking forward to the TF4060 assuming the DRAM woes get sorted out. Fight the good fight :)

Just wondering, if there was any further progress on the TF4060 :?:

I'm about to hit a decision point. If i cant overcome the issues i have with the ice40 software then its getting ditched and we're going to produce a TF4061 or something using CPLDs and an EPROM.

How about now? Chucky mentioned a couple of weeks ago that you'd "made some progress"? I hope it's working out. :)terriblefire wrote: 01 Jan 2024 01:01I'm about to hit a decision point. Stephen posted the YT video update (below) on his channel about a week ago that answers that question with a "yes". :)
