Got some boards from JLCPCB. Soldered in the CPLD, oscillator and the two bus buffer chips. I got some 256Mb and 512Mb memory in TSOP package, but I think I will order some smaller 64Mb instead and keep those for other projects (DFB...).

Memory is soldered in. Programming done with 220531 jedec. Just the pins and headers left to do.

I just ran EmuTOS without any ALTxxx.prg. Ran some YAARTTT for a while as well to test ALT-RAM. Here's some gembench numbers (ran from ALT-RAM):
