Testing against TOS 1.04 instead of 2.06 is even more impressive.

Yes, I did see that in the manual, thanks. But since my FPU is testing ok, I think it is set up right.Darklord wrote: 08 Apr 2021 19:39 Frank has TT-RAM. Your setup does not, right? Not sure how much of
a difference that will make.
Also, you might want to check the Pak manual but IIRC (big if) the
CPU speed and FPU speed are supposed to be matched.
With the new benchmarks run against TOS 1.04, my results are pretty much as good as Frank's so I am pretty sure I am running at 50Mhz.

In my experience, Centbench is better in determining the CPU and FPU speeds than SYSINFO: http://centek.free.fr/atari/softs/s_centbe.htm

Oh...I only posted that because I thought you were worried about mislabeled chips from Ebay.TheNameOfTheGame wrote: 08 Apr 2021 19:51

I appreciate the help for sure. It is always a bit of a gamble buying these parts on ebay. I make sure to check feedback, talk to the seller, try not to buy from Chinese sellers, and don't go for the bargain listings. Not always of course, but you get what you pay for in most cases.
