Yes I do wash and clean every individual component... Beer is a requirement... Don't ask me about that time I did the mechanical STM keyboard which was basically the same but with 101 tiny springs also... That one required the hard stuff!

Indeed. This is the kind of thing that makes me laugh when I'm haggling people who have 'attic' finds of old Ataris etc and ask for high money. I'm always like... do you realise how much work I have to do in order to sell these to people, in the knowledge that my clients won't catch rabies! lol
