Does anyone know where the BOM is for these? I am now able to order the parts up but not sure precisely what I need to order!

I have re-formatted and combined the BoMs for TF534 and 536, and included Mouser, Digi-Key and RS stock codes.

EDIT: Parts ordered - good grief that was expensive lol! I found it cheaper to order from Digikey as you can order smaller quantities. RS have large packs of everything...

On row 8, the Digikey/Mouser part numbers are pointing to wrong 1Mx8 size memory.LADmachining wrote: 01 Jul 2020 16:43 I have re-formatted and combined the BoMs for TF534 and 536, and included Mouser, Digi-Key and RS stock codes.

W9825G6KH-6-ND seems to be the cheapest memory on Digikey.

Wow that RAM is super cheap. Do we know if it actually works with this board?

I have quite a few of these, I will have a go now and report back.alenppc wrote: 04 Jul 2020 15:51 Wow that RAM is super cheap. Do we know if it actually works with this board?
Edit:
Diagrom sees and tests them fine, but wont boot OS from IDE at all.
Tried running a memtest from floppy and no joy.
I have -7 not the -6 Above.

Re: TF536 Bulk Order Batch 4 (exxos run)
I've been trying 16m x 16 chips and will try a 32m x 16 chips this week.
I presume a 1m x 8 would be wrong format?
