Recapping ATARI 520STFM (C070789-001 REV. F)

I am trying to recap an ATARI 520STFM (C070789-001 REV. F) but I am having problems identifying the ratings for capacitors: C7, C11 and C215. Two are not marked at all and one is illegible. Images of locations attached.

Can anyone help me determine the ratings for these capacitors?

This is the nearest schematic I have but it does not correlate with the actual board pretty much at all (unless I am interpreting it incorrectly): https://dev-docs.exxosforum.co.uk/1040ST ... 6-1987.pdf
