Recapping ATARI 520STFM (C070789-001 REV. F)

I am trying to recap an ATARI 520STFM (C070789-001 REV. F) but I am having problems identifying the ratings for capacitors: C7, C11 and C215. Two are not marked at all and one is illegible. Images of locations attached.

Can anyone help me determine the ratings for these capacitors?
