exxos IDE interface (untested)
Re: exxos IDE interface (untested)
Looks awesome! Great work! How much space does the board require? Will it still be possible to use the internal keyboard in its regular position?

This is just a test board for us to beta test. Likely a final board will be smaller.dhedberg wrote: Tue Feb 12, 2019 9:54 am Looks awesome! Great work! How much space does the board require? Will it still be possible to use the internal keyboard in its regular position?

Re: exxos IDE interface (untested)
Also volunteering to be a guinea pig, I have a couple of boards that would be ideal for testing this.

Re: exxos IDE interface (untested)
I recognise that design
Re: exxos IDE interface (untested)
Lots of pins to solder
If it ain't broke, test it to Destruction.
Re: exxos IDE interface (untested)
I can smell the solder already.

Re: exxos IDE interface (untested)
Exxos, any chance you'd sell it as parts. Ever since I've got the microscope and started to examine existing boards I'd really like to avoid anything made with lead free solder. Just a thought..

Re: exxos IDE interface (untested)
This is just a prototype, it's not a production board. We are a long way off that yet. We will need to do another couple of revisions as well. We have not even finished finalising the firmware , or even tested various cards, this is pretty much only the start of the project.
