Looking for more takers - ideally need STFm or MST Users - So far it's been mainly STe Users adopting this.
I would be interested in trying this out - from my own project perspective - to see if the bus contention/data transfer speed between the ET4K ISA<>ST bus is any faster than the real thing. I have a couple of MST machines; at least one which is firing on all cylinders, so should make a good donor machine.
I have assembly demo code 'ready rolled' to test, as soon as I can get the unit working and/or I can test any code/benchmarks as necessary. :)
Ive got a couple of RPi 3B+ v1.2s and some 2b v1.1s...Im guessing the latter wont quite make the grade? Are the 3B+ 'good enough'?
IIRC, the Atari implementation needed a particular version of (one of the 2 types of?) PiStorm board. Could someone advise which one I need?
Also, IIRC the setup can be quite daunting. I was looking to follow
@JezC s lead, but if there is a good comprehensive guide somewhere, I will give it a good go myself. :)
Lastly, bear in mind I am neck deep with other projects, (just do a forum search for 'mucking around' ) so may not be able to produce feedback as fast as desired. ;)
