Oh dear, I've got a fixed IP. Could it be that IP's got blacklisted on the atari-forum server? I still can't login.

I have a fixed ip but it works with actors Firefox in desktop mode.

I think it is the user agent and not the ip.

It maybe both but it definitely blocks IPs.
I finally got around to testing a VPN and all the browsers that are blocked now work on AF.
When I disconnect from the VPN and use my ISP's outbound IP, I'm blocked.
It could be some DDOS bot is on my ISP ip range, which is why its been blocked but I hope BT ranges can be 'allowed' at some point. Been a few months since I could get to AF.

As I understand it, the filter used by the firewall uses a combination that includes the IP address and the browser user agent.

The only way I can login now on my pc is by running Firefox (with Desktop Site ON) inside an Android emulator (LDPlayer).

I just tried accessing AF. Index came up fine, I went on "next" page in recent topics and I think on the 3rd one it went down.

I'm not really bothered, just thought I would report the issue.

Yes, it's a bit annoying because there so much info there that's not accessable now. Hope they can sort it out soon.
Anyone has a valid invite link for the Discord server?

I just tried going there. Got in OK and managed to read the first page of a post. When I clicked upon page 2 I got blocked.
Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.
