Wanted: CBX-D5 Analog board or CBX-D5 parts unit

Hello everyone,
I am searching for 2 items that are difficult to find. I am in the US.

1) An analog board for a Yamaha CBX-D5 (VQ176200-P.C. Board) or another parts CBX-D5 with a working analog board.
2) Cubase Audio for the Atari Falcon that supports the Yamaha CBX-D5.
