OK, I just ordered item 2 from Amazon in Japan, lets see how it goes!

I'm sure I won't. Postage was a bit steep but similar products on Ali Express are a similar price, so I can't complain.

Hmm, that's often an issue when you buy something abroad...

The worst case is when the stuff you buy costs less than its shipping.

Indeed, you have to take the hit, but at least I know I can order from Amazon Japan (Well presuming it arrives OK) and there is quite a lot of interesting stuff on there :)

Looks like the package has shipped and DHL has it, delivery scheduled for Friday, so all looking good :)

And indeed it is fitting that I have a console that came from Japan with parts for it coming from Amazon Japan :)
