External Hard disk: tested and working :)
Internal Hard disk (20 pin): tested and working :)
Internal Hard disk (24 pin): untested
Internal Floppy: not working - drive motor activates, keyboard and floppy LED light up but nothing happens after that :(
External Floppy: not working - same result as internal drive :(
YM audio output: tested and working :)
MIDI output: tested and working :)
MIDI input: untested
Mouse: tested and working :)
Keyboard: tested and working :)
Video output 13 pin DIN: High res: tested and working :)
Video output 13 pin DIN: Low/Medium res: tested and working :)
Video output VGA: untested
Serial: untested
Parallel: tested and working - tested with PARCP USB file transfers :)
RTC: untested
Cartridge port: untested
4x Expansion ports: untested
Blitter: untested
Boot TOS rom: tested unjumpered: boots to TOS :)

Paralell port now tested and works fine. List in previous post updated.
I have replaced the WD1772, DMA and Yamaha chips but floppy still not working. Motor activates on drive but nothing after that.

Have you checked the 1772 clock to see if 8mhz is there?
Also your AB swap jumpers look wrong.
