Kodak80 H4F build

Post by kodak80 »

Not sure how quickly this will happen, if at all... but 5x H4F PCBs arrived today. I don't have components.

Spent time building an H4F board up as I had most of the components. Still need some components to get it to a power up state.

The remaining components have arrived now. Will try and get them onto the board this week.

Board now built and powered on. No magic smoke :)

Screen output flickers and black screen showing... :(

If I change the video adapter (plugged in) between mono and colour output, I see the desktop green colour as a thin horizontal line when switching from colour to mono so it looks like there is something there just not showing.

Will need to check things in more detail on the weekend if I get time.

Jumpers were installed before testing. Here is the photo of where they are.
