Correct. Stupid high prices are always placeholders with the intention for people not to buy them as the item doesn't get exist. It also says unknown item in the description.
Wether or not he'd offer EmuTOS is another question entirely.
Custom ROM is planned in the upcoming store changes

But as I've been fighting server attacks for the past few months I've not had time to work on it all.
