You will then have a 12V fan with a 3 pin connector.

Longer screws will be needed.
This is great advice as Noctua fans are better quality & quieter too :)

Ordering information is included in the last two images. Be sure to note the base material and the PCB thickness specified for each. JLCPCB now only offer black or white finish Aluminium PCBs with black charged at an excessive premium for small batches. (Order the white). The sandwich layer PCB should be 1mm thick.
JLCPCB said they can't change the dimension to 58.2*53 since the actual file is 58.22*47.26. Where can I get the files with the proper dimensions?

The order sheet for the bottom plate should then look as follows :

but that's the same dimensions? As per your comments above the dimensions need to be 58.2mm*53mm. JLCPCB said they can't change the dimension to 58.2*53 since the actual file is 58.22*47.26. Where can I get the files with the proper dimensions of 58.2mm*53mm?

58.22mm * 47.26mm are the correct dimensions for the bottom plate and the previously attached files are correct. There is no need to change any dimension other than the PCB Thickness, which should be set to 1mm for the bottom plate and left at 1.6mm for the top plate.

Bottom Plate :

Gerber file: Universal_Heatsink_Lower_TF360_BIG_BOX_VERSION.zip
Base Material: FR-4
Dimension: 58.22 mm* 47.26 mm
PCB Thickness: 1
PCB Color: Black
Mark on PCB: Order Number(Specify Position)

Top Plate :

Gerber file: Universal_Heatsink_Aluminium_Noctua.zip
Base Material: Aluminum
Dimension: 65.47 mm* 47.2 mm
PCB Thickness: 1.6
PCB Color: White
Mark on PCB: Order Number(Specify Position)
