I just fit the battery in its holder and connected it to the motherboard, reset the RTC and set the monitor.

Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.

Thanks.

The IDE is not tested yet, as 3 or 4 tracks are still to be repaired before I can fit the second buffer.

Don't forget the IDE supports a limited number of drives unless you use something like Wizzo, mine is just a 128MB IDE flash drive, I use SCSI for most stuff.

You'll need !hform IIRC to prep any IDE drives you want to use.

Just one pic for today:

Bodges.JPG

These two tracks were to close to have a bare wire fitted, so I preferred an insulated one.

Anyway, it will be barely visible once the IDE and FDD connectors fitted.

As stated in the previous post, some tracks are still to be repaired and a buffer is still to be soldered.

I don't know why, but I feel motivated.

Yes, the onboard IDE is somehow limited...

I plan to get myself a ZIDEFS IDE, and I already have the special !hform.
