[DSTB1] New firmware release (October 2023)

Afternoon all.

Following on from this report of blitter+pre-STE board incompatibilities, I've released a new firmware that should hopefully sort that out.

There may still be issues with the AltROM experimental behaviour at the moment, but that's always been a little bit Caveat Emptor.

If you're not having problems, don't worry about it. There's nothing else new in here.
