I was thinking that maybe it could be shipped as gift or of low value etc or at least lower than the actual value. Not sure if @exxos supports that and I don't want to add another items in his items management list.

I again remind people that I cannot guarantee that it will work on everyone's Falcons "out of the box" but that is the ain, and indeed there will be firmware updates where you need to be reasonably competent and know how to do this yourself before buying.

I also have no solution for cooling currently. While I have done my tests running for approximately an hour without a heatsink, things will stop failing without adequate cooling after this time. I also remind people that it is on a first-come first-served basis. I do hope to do a second batch but it really depends on how well they ultimately behave in people's machines as to whether I want to invest more time and money into a second batch. I do really hope I can do a second one though I cannot guarantee it at this point in time.

All board sold currently are 40MHz. I pretty much given up trying to find 50MHz setups. Unfortunately it is just taking a lot longer than I thought. I am looking for quotes for obtaining genuine stamped CPU's for 50MHz, so I feel looking at prices these could end up costing over £300! So indeed not really worth the price the extra few MHZ. I hope there will be a couple of known 50MHz boards in due time, but again at this point I cannot guarantee it.

There should be about 10 more to go into the store. 2 boards I am having problems with. I am just currently trying to get all the working hardware boards in store as soon as possible. The ones which need looking at may follow in a few days or weeks time depending on if I can find the issue.

As for the heatsink, I am using a simple themal double sided tape ( https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B07MPBFRRH ) on my CT63, with the small noisy fan (very thin) centurion provided with the board. It conducts heat well (I can feel the heatsink getting warm) and fits under the keyboard. I do need a more silent solution tho.

From PC.. That's something I cannot explain at this point as it be rather time-consuming. I think the Amiga guys may have guides for doing this so maybe someone can point towards it..

Though it depends on windows of LInux.. I use IMPACT in windows.. This is first video came up on my search for it..



Though you won't have to build the firmware only flash it.

I will try and do a quick video on IMPACT. But I think some people struggle to get it working and use alternative software which I don't know anything about either.
