Recent Topics — set how many topics you want to see

Heads-up on a behaviour change: the Recent Topics list used to show one fixed number for everyone, but each logged-in member can now choose their own list length, so the board setting is just the default for guests and new accounts. This was added so people can pick what suits them instead of being stuck with a single global value.

To set yours:

• Go to your User Control Panel
• Open Board preferences → Edit display options
• Change Number of Recent topics to show to whatever you like
• Submit

The default is likely 5 for everybody. It used to be globally set to 8 before the update.

odd. maybe theres a bug in the extension..try clear your internet cache just to make sure as well..

Same here (when I get a few spare minutes to comment on the posts - our 'new' Old English Sheepdog puppy (14 weeks old) is taking a lot of time at the moment...
