Internal WiFi modem for the STBook.

Post by AndresPlazaR »

Hello!

The STBook was designed with space for an internal modem (to be installed under the Vector pad). None (to my knowledge) was made and/or released at the time, so I saw a great opportunity to make some hardware for this beautiful machine. It is based on an ESP32-C3 supermini dev board. You can get the instructions, the gerber files, the software, the firmware here: https://github.com/AndresPlazaR2/STBook_Modem

You can SSH to servers or telnet to BBS, of course:

(here connected to @Darklord 's BBS).

I hope somebody found this useful. :-)

Andres.
