DO NOT USE DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time it is unfortunately not possible to white list users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

TT030 with Matrix TC1208

Post by zfrenchy »

I bought a TT with a Matrix TC1208 installed, but the seller did not included the VGA cable.

The Matrix TC1208 is a sub-D 9 pin connector, where the VGA cable is a 15 pin connector, I scavaged internet and found plainty of schematics, which I tried all, with no result, no image att all on the monitor.

I also tried this
https://www.sfcable.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=30D1-D2

nothing works, blank screen.

i want one of you, with a TT and TC1208 to tell me how I can make it working, my problem might be simply a connection issue or a software issue

Note:
The seller did not use the TT for many year using the TC1208, but the onboard VGA out, but assure me the Matrix was working until he used the TT for music only and do not required true color output (he has an HADES for graphic work)

I think @frank.lukas might have one. Maybe he knows about the connector.

Have you installed NVDI? Apparently NVDI has the driver for this graphics card.

It is the same as the MATRIX C-32 have I think ...

As driver you have to use a combination off Matrix Software and NVDI. Use NVDI5 and install it with the option Matrix TC.

I suspect it requires the init.prg file from the original Matrix driver software disk, renamed to init.tos in the auto folder as the first program, and the complete Matrix folder on partition C:/ and NVDI 5 installed with the Matrix TC option.
