DO NOT USE DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time it is unfortunately not possible to white list users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

Bad PSM-5341 PSU

Post by zfrenchy »

looking for help for my TT.

The problem:
The TT power supply do not works, replaced all capacitor but still not powering up (fan has a cycle of turning ON then OFF)

A solution:
I have a Mean Well RQ-65B power supply in stock, I know I can replace the original PSU with the Mean Well (see on EXXOS forum), but the TT required the "Power Good" signal from the PSU, which do not exist on the Mean Well.

The question:
Anyone replaced the original TT PSU with a Mean Well or an ATX power supply ? How ?

You replaced the diode and it fixed your problem?

Use the Google Website Translator ...
https://forum.atari-home.de/index.php/t ... #msg262849

... I use a 1N4148 Diode connect to the +5V Line from the Mean Well PSU and you have a fake and working PowerGood for the Atari TT or MegaSTE Mainboard. It is in post #62 ...

But I think an original Atari built-in PowerSupply refurbished and repaired is the best.
