What C64 game is this?

Ok, this is bugging me now.

While I dont obviously know every single title for the Commodore 64, Id like to think that I would be able to recognise quite a vast range of the titles from the game covers.

However, not in this case:

No worries. It was so hyped at the time I remember it very distinctly, and in fact I even remembered the game name without looking it up!!!

My brain is doing weird stuff as I approach 60...
