REMINDER - Stay logged in for at least 2 hours a week to get whitelisted.

I've posted this on AF, I'm trying to debug my veroboard circuit for a Waveblaster clone.

I've checked the circuit repeatedly and can't see my error unless I've got something fundamentally wrong like getting the Dreamblaster the wrong way around.
