Identify RAM ICs from Diagrom memory check

Hi all,

I would really like to understand how we determine a faulty RAM IC from the results of a Diagrom memory check.

I am attempting to determine which RAM ICs are faulty on my revision 4.4 board. When I start the Chip RAM test, it begins but then very quickly produces the following:
