Hi everyone,
as hinted in https://www.atari-forum.com/viewtopic.p ... 19#p479319, there has been something cool in the works since the end of 2024 and finally, we can announce it publicly. I'll let you read the history and background on the website: https://mikrosk.github.io/decap.
Me (Miro Kropacek) and @ijor (Jorge Cwik) have been working on this together, with me funding the whole initiative and taking care of administrative tasks (like this one ;-)) while ijor covered the technical part, patiently explaining to me every option and nuance of the steps to be taken. Without his help this would never emerge into reality, so thanks for that mate.
Later we got help from @sigmate (Mathieu) and Dmitry, thanks to whom we are (will be) able to offer complete die shots not only for the Videl but also for the SDMA and Combel (we are still in talks how to finish these two with the best possible results, even though we have already received pretty cool images from him already).
As you can read on the website, this whole fun had its (literal) cost, which must be paid by myself. So when you read the website and like what you see, I appreciate any donation towards making the payment a bit less heavier. If it's not explicit enough on the website: the die shots will be released publicly, without any restrictions, in a few months' time so you are contributing for a public release for everyone's use (Apollo, SuperVidel, new Falcon boards, ... you name it).
Also, if you have any questions, ideas, offers for collaboration on the die shots, feel free to contact me here or via PM.
You will not be able to post if you are still using Microsoft email addresses such as Hotmail etc

DO NOT USE MOBILE / CGNAT DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to whitelist users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

Just sent USD your way mikro. I hope it didn't convert it to euros but better than a poke in the eye.

Much appreciated! Unfortunately it did, write me a PM if you want me to revert the payment so you can try again (sometimes one need to change the default currency in that payment screen).MEX68KECB wrote: 09 Sep 2025 03:09 Just sent USD your way mikro.
