DO NOT USE DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time it is unfortunately not possible to white list users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

Well a ste without modulator is either a french ste or a russian ste, because those two countries (and an african one) didn't use pal or ntsc, but secam
And since all tvs sold in france since 1980 had scart (due to a french law)(exept for the very small ones) which for us was "peritel", we never needed a modulator in the sts, stfs and stes.
