Notator 3.21, Yamaha TX81Z&RX11 and M-Audio O2 midi keyboard

Hi,

I am really newbie for making music with Atari (or with whatever) but I would like to learn.
I can get the sound of a single instrument out of the TX either by playing a single sound directly on the keyboard or with Notator. I know how to change instruments in TX but how I can change instruments from Notator?

I would like to load MIDI files to the Notator and change the instruments are playing.
I read the manual of TX and there is so called performance mode where is mentioned 8 instruments able to play but I do not understand how to do it from Notator.

Could anyone explain this to me or point me some good web pages where I can learn more of this. I have found many web pages but none is telling how to use sequencer with instruments. I might miss some fundamental things :D

Also, does someone know where to find Notator 3.21 full manual in PDF format (english). I have dound only partial copies when I compare those to a hardcopy I have (but in German).

I found from youtube (https://www.youtube.com/@notator9) some videos of Notator training but that is incomplete, does anyone know if it is somewhere in complete form.
