Hi all,
I guess my nick says it all - STNewbie for definite!
Based near Dumfries in southern Scotland, I'm (semi) retired and computers and OSs are my hobby.
I've been a long time Amiga and Mac user, but also have PC's and Raspberry Pi's.
I've been trying to set up Hatari on several different machines but I prefer the real thing to emulators, so I've bought a 520STFM.
I'm yet to open it up to see what's what, but I'll be wanting to add RAM, HDD of some sort (SD card, SSD, whatever). I have a few Amigas with PiStorm accelerators and I see there's an effort to bring it to the Atari. Its amazing on the Amiga and I can only hope it will be here, too.
If there are any live meetups going on in UK, I'll be interested to go along and meet people.
Hi, everyone

:welcomewave:
Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.
