Chip manufacturer

Anyone know what IC manufacturer this is? I can't find a datasheet on the chips. I checked logos for IC manufacturer without finding anything. And just searching for CW424410 doesn't yield that much. Seems to be a bit odd to remark the chip with unknown IC-maker if the "normal" china reseller scheme is used. It's marked with 40 week of 1996. It also seems to be a bit odd to have 12 chips on a 4Mb stick.

In the end I'm just trying to find out if they are 1048576-word by 4-bit dynamic random access memories.
