Help with MegaST4 upgrade

I'd like to upgrade a Mega ST4 I've been using for various porting projects.

Top of the list would be a bit more speed, even a small upgrade would be useful. I've got an SD card type thing for disk and a SVGA card fitting using a MEGA ST video adapter. All works OK. My soldering skills are minimal these days so looking for someone who might be able to upgrade the machine and/or suggest what I should do. UK based.
