Asking as there is generally a small trickle of orders every week but it has been completely dead for a while now..
I did write a script to check all the store visitors IPs against my block list and none of them match. So I do not believe anyone is being blocked.. Just seems highly unusual that there is absolutely nothing at all order wise lately
Anyone having problems ordering from the store ?

My order on Thursday last went through well enough.exxos wrote: 11 Oct 2024 14:42 Asking as there is generally a small trickle of orders every week but it has been completely dead for a while now..

I was going to mention my basket didn't empty after checkout. That wasn't (and isn't) an issue, but I saw you talking about basket problems with someone and it crossed my mind to bring it up. Which I then forgot.

Put a 50% voucher on
I added items and saw it in the basket. All looked fine.

I did see that from about a week ago.. There was two orders after yours and then nothing since which is unusual..
Is better to cycle from the main page and the basket a few times clicking clear basket to make sure there is no cookie problems..I was going to mention my basket didn't empty after checkout. I'm mostly battling with stripe because they stopped sending me payment notification emails  but I don't know if any other problems occurred somewhere... Has been a bucketload of server updates lately which I am not sure broke anything yet..I added items and saw it in the basket. All looked fine.

I can't get the store to load for me....I just see the hamster. I left it loading for the past 10 minutes...no change.

Clear your cache and try again. Also press F12 to get the debug console up to see if there's any errors..coonsgm wrote: 11 Oct 2024 23:26 I can't get the store to load for me....I just see the hamster. I left it loading for the past 10 minutes...no change.

No worries :) A couple orders come though now.. Though I still don't know if there was any issues preventing people from ordering. I can't find anything wrong.. but never know.
