What do people want us to bring?

Drawbridge? (USB external floppy drive that can read all disk formats in Windows/Linux/MacOS/Android)
SideCarT? (New RPi Nano based addon for ST cartridge port)
A600GS? (The new alternative to the Amiga A500 Mini by AmigaKit)
NOS 520 ST Shorty? (It's only ever been out the box for photos, the floppy drive even has the cardboard head protector fake disk)

(Almost any model ST/Falcon/Amiga and most CBM addons)

Something a bit different?

Sam Coupe?
Amstrad 6128+ or GX 4000?
PSOne + LCD (very cute)?

I'd like to see an Atari ST(e) running the latest PiStorm if anyone has one to bring?

If anyone has a monitor that supports 15KHz and you can buy new today I'd be interested in seeing it. e.g. Dell SE2722H
Senior Principal ASIC Engineer - SystemVerilog, VHDL
Thalion Webshrine - http://thalion.atari.org
ST,STf,STfm,STe,MegaST,MegaSTe,Falcon060
A500+,A600,A4000/060,CD32,CDTV

I have an ST into which I can fit a PiStorm, but it doesn't work properly. As in the PiSTorm doesn't work... The ST does as does the TF536 I currently have in it.

Good question.

Im not sure of exact numbers off hand, but last year I believe we had in the region of 75-100 exhibitors + spectators.

I was looking to increase hall capacity (along with attendance) this year, so have chosen the current venue, which as well as the main hall includes a smaller, but still useful size extra room for any additional exhibitor overflow.

Main hall size: 40ft x 35ft
Extra room: 32ft x 14ft

Tables: 25 x (72 x 30 inch) tables
10 x (36 x 30 inch) tables
6 x 24 inch square tables
6 x square lightweight tables

Chairs: 150 approx.

Drinks (tea, coffee, squash, water) will be available.

Tickets are £5 for 'spectator', i.e. general viewing public, or for 'exhibitor', meaning someone who is bringing items to show/sell at the event.

A spectator ticket allows entry from 11am-5pm.

A (£5) exhibitor ticket will get you entry (starting at 10am-6pm for setting up/packing away) and a guaranteed table. More tables are subject to availability, but should certainly be possible considering the quantities above and the expected exhibitor interest. We have always managed to cater for different setups over the previous years events.

Let me know if you have any special requirements or require further information. :)

I can afford to give you more table space this year. :D Let me know what table sizes and amounts and I will make sure you are catered for.
