New PSU

I just got in my new Exxos PSU. looking at the diagram, the purple and blue wires so be together and the grey and brown wires so be together but mine has the purple and grey soldered together. Has the set up changed or do I follow what the diagram shows?

I may/may not be wrong, but I think Exxos has probably wired it in 240V mode for testing and forgot to cut them afterwards?

2 WIRES ARE TAPED TOGETHER

This was done during PSU testing. The primary has to be configured to your mains voltage. The tape is normally removed and wires cut after testing, but not always. Linking wires should be done in a suitable manner. For example, solder and heatshrink tubing or a bullet connector.

But I notice he says taped, I don't know if he started soldering them for testing at some point. So probably need some clarification.
