I have been looking for a portable soldering iron / station. I have had gas version before in the past but came across this one on Amazon that uses a Makita battery. There are also others for DeWalt, Ryobi etc.
So far it's been working fine but need to find a new tip as it comes only with one and it's wedge shaped.
