Hi,
Submitted an order last March 27th.
Got multiple email saying incorrect postal address.
"Typically this is because information you gave us appears to be incomplete,invalid, or your name is shortened or abbreviated etc. Generally there is some reason why the post office rejected your address."
Despite connecting to the order tracking link provided in the email, no way are offered to understand postal address issue and correct it.

On the tracking link page it says this.
But because we had no response for some days, we tried to fix the address ourselves. So you are likely not able to change it anymore. All packages have now been dispatched.
