I've finally got some RGB to scart cables made up. They should be in the store soon.. These cables are a copy of my own scart cable I made over 30 years ago  So it's been well tested
There are 2 types of cables.
1) Type 1. The standard one needs composite sync from the ST. Machines with a RF box should have composite sync. But machines without a modulator , it's basically 50:50 if it has the composite sync circuit. Atari seem to have gone back and forth between batches of motherboards on it being fitted or not. I'm not sure why that is. But such cables are a bit hit and miss of working unless the signal is tested or the machine opened up.
2) The type 2 cable doesn't need the composite sync signal at all. In theory it should work with all STs. It's still in beta testing but I've had no problems so far.
The cables are overall screened. I wanted individual screened, but it's impossible to find now , I also mentioned that some years ago. But I doubt the larger dia cable would have been physically possible. The connections are all heatshrinked and glued. Cables are 1.2 meters long. All grounds in the scart plug are connected.
I'm expecting the type 1 cables to be around £15. The type 2 are more complicated and will be higher priced. I hope they will be in store over the next couple of weeks. I have the type 1 cables, I just need to find time to start testing them..
Atari ST RGB scart cables available soon.

Re: Atari ST RGB scart cables available soon.
Standard Atari scart cables now starting to appear in stock.

It could be a a while before the other type of cables are in stock. The filtering circuit is a bit to large to fit inside the scart cable and while a external adapter seems the simplest choice. I can't find PCB mounted scart plugs :(
