TF536 vendors in US?

Hi. Is there anyone still making/selling TF536 boards in the US? If so could you make one for a CDTV for someone? i.e. solder the relocator to the board and the right angle IDE connector so that the CDTV can close. Thanks.

Or perhaps someone who regularly ships to US?

This is normally my region, but unfortunately I don't have a CDTV or relocators. In the past, I have shipped custom boards with a soldered gold CPU and a soldered IDE cable which supposedly fit inside the CDTV case without the need for a relocator, but I cannot physically verify this, although I never got any complaints about this, so I think this might still work.
