Is the only difference in this and the standard version the SIMM type? Mine has the same model board MP210A (1992) but the SIMMs are SIP socketed. I'd be interested to read the manual.

Do you still have the scan of the manual for the Marpet?

I have just been sent an Atari 520stfm with one fitted and would really like to see if it’s easy to remove, or if it’s worth keeping, not sure what’s involved in fitting one without a manual, just want to check if any soldering/desolder is was involved...

If you could point me in the right direction would be much appreciated.
