Found this cool retro terminal on GitHub available for MacOS and Linux. It can even be configured to an Atari ST look and feel.

Or you can download my truetype/opentype font and use it. Antialias gives best results, the pixel perfect rendering only works in FontForge because of rounding errors of each engine.
Edit : you can also use it as the default font for the desktop theme. Now all the interfaces have an Atari ST flavor...

I've been using the ST high-res font on all my machines under The X Windowing System since STonX was released in the early 90s.
Unfortunately more and more X display servers have bitmap fonts disabled by default now.

Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

Re: Nice Cool Retro Terminal for Linux / MacOS
Just downloaded and I love the default amber screen view on it :)
I wonder if they'll compile it for Apple Silicon, as I can't be bothered to recompile :dizzy:
Runs fine under Rosetta though.
Full screen on my MBP M1 Pro:
