10 years ago I did my own guide using ISE IMPACT for the CT60 https://exxosforum.co.uk/atari/last/CT60/flash.htm there is pretty much pure hell in getting it all to work. Though it looks like I am actually using version 14.7 now anyway.
Looks like this is the download page for it https://www.xilinx.com/support/download ... e-ise.html version 14.7 seems to have two different downloads for windows 10 and previous versions now.
If anyone else knows of any methods or guides then please post them below.

Yeah it`s a big 15gb download pain the ass setup, but if you are only going to program then there is the smaller 1gb file which has impact, called Lab tools 14.7, link to my mega file below
