Hello everyone,
I'm the proud owner of two ST's : a 520 STE upgraded to 4Mo, and a 1040 STE waiting for its 4Mo memory upgrade.
Now i'm preparing an order for a brand new PSU from Exxos and a few stuff to improve my 1040, witch is the one i'm planning to use because of its freshness.
The 520 has been used a lot and will need more work.
My main goal is the fun :
Having fun while repairing, cleaning and upgrading them.
Having fun while playing good old games from my childhood, on the real machine.
Thanks for reading !
And thanks so much @ Exxos, for all your work.
Bob.

DO NOT USE MOBILE / CGNAT DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to whitelist users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

Re: Greetings from France
Thank you, Exxos.
First, i want to make the power supply section the most reliable and modern as possible.
Here is my shopping-list for today :
- Exxos PSU for STE
- New power switch
- Axial cap replacement kit
- MC68HC000 (this one is to reduce heat and power consumption as you said, and also because my 1040 has the wrong DMA chip and i'm planning to use a hard-drive in the future)
If you have an advice, be free ;)
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your order!
Yes, my girlfriend packs and ships stuff, I just don't have time to do it myself. It would take me 5 days to find which "pile" the sticky tape is in for starters if I shipped the stuff!
