Hello,
I am ccarl84, a French Atari user.
My first Atari was a 520 STF which I had upgraded to 1 MB. Later I bought it: 1 HUGE 30 MB hard drive, 1 SUPERCHARGER, 1 external reader, 1 cartridge port clock. I tried the basics: Stos, GFA and Pascal.
Today I have a Mega STE in 4 Mo + cosmosex, several 520 ST, STF and STE. I would like to upgrade my Mega STE with more RAM and co-pro and VGA card.
ASAP

Bonjour,

Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

Bonjour.
I have read that some care needs to be made when using the two together because they both want the same address range.
I think the only Alt RAM card on sale today is the MonSTer? For GFX card you'll need a Nova adapter and fit an ET4000 ISA card.

The Monster Card looks good to me. I hesitate to take it for 1 STE or my Mega STE (many judges that we can get ONLY 6 MB and that we have to solder to fkeep the blitter) Opinions on the DBST1 project ?alexh wrote: 10 May 2023 13:31 Bonjour.I think the only Alt RAM card on sale today is the MonSTer?
