MSTE PSU REPAIR KIT PHIHONG PSM-5341

Hi everyone. I am new at this board. This is a reCapping question.

I have a Mega STE. (US 120v NTSE). I noticed that Exxos sells a recap kit MSTE PSU REPAIR KIT PHIHONG PSM-5341 240V type. [0064]
My PS is also a PSM-5341. When I did a comparison of caps between the recap kit and my PS, I see the following differences:

(C6) 120uF 400v [kit 150uF]
(C15,C16) 1000uF 16v [kit 1500uF]
(C17,C18) 680uF 16v [kit 1500uF]
(C14) 2200uF 10v [kit 4700uF 16v]
(C26) 4.7uF 50v [kit 10uF]
(C8) 100uf 25v [kit 35v]
(C23) 22uf 25v [missing in kit]

Are these differences because of 240 volt vs 120 volt? or are these enhancements to make the PS run better?
If anyone is interested, I also put together a Cap list for the Main Board. There are 39 caps. I did not see a Cap Kit for the Main Board on Exxos.
