Aloha @all,
recently I got myself 2 Falcons:
a) stock Falcon with 14MB
b) Falcon with skunk accelerator and 14MB
I'd like to upgrade the stock Falcon with a DFB1 - but my soldering skills are terrible aka not sufficient to build myself a DFB1.
I'm based in germany...

Wanted: DFB1
My first Atari (from 1987):
Atari 260ST, 1 MByte, TOS 1.02, SF314 & SF354 floppy disks, monochrome monitor SM124
I still have this machine ... :D

Re: Wanted: DFB1
I have one last one with 64MB and the flash chip. I'd saved a PCB for someone, but they changed their mind so thought I may as well put it together  It has a 68030 running at 50MHz.
The FPU is wired correctly since it works at 16MHz. However none of my FPUs run at 25MHz so I can't supply one. I had more luck running some at 20Mhz using a 40MHz crystal (The FPU runs at 50% the speed of the 030 on the DFB1).
Looking for 100CHF + shipping and I can post it from France (is the post on strike?!)

Sounds great!foft wrote: 06 Apr 2023 20:53 I have one last one with 64MB and the flash chip. I'd saved a PCB for someone, but they changed their mind so thought I may as well put it together  It has a 68030 running at 50MHz.
? You mean the (optional) onboard FPU of the Falcon, or FPU on the DFB1?foft wrote: 06 Apr 2023 20:53 The FPU is wired correctly since it works at 16MHz. Sounds OK for me!foft wrote: 06 Apr 2023 20:53 Looking for 100CHF + shipping and I can post it from France (is the post on strike?!)
CHF is round about 1:1 to EUR ?

Re: Wanted: DFB1
On the DFB1. There is a jumper to run it at 16MHz which I used to test the connectivity. However my remaining FPUs do not work at this speed in the DFB1. I already sold the ones that do with other DFB1s.wolfman wrote: 07 Apr 2023 10:06? Yes it's 1:1. Paying in EUR or USD is fine (or CHF), I tend to buy things in EUR or USD anyway...

@foft sent me his last "surplus" DFB1.
Works as expected - thanks @foft !
