I purchased a TF1260 less than a year ago and my builder/dealer fails to support such a large purchase. No implied warranty as it just failed after I un-inserted and I re-inserted the card.
I just get rainbows then black. He did say to clean the bus which I did over & over & still no response from the card. Another card I inserted had no problem. I would like to return it for inspection but he has not answered the last 2 emails. It was a great card for 11 months. The website was Retro32. Thanks.

If you get the colour bars then the Amiga/TF connection is probably fine.
This sounds to me like a dead RAM chip. The builder should replace this for you.

@cevoner Can you upload some pictures of your card here in the thread? Be sure to resize to 800X600 max before posting.
Don't need close ups of the components, include the whole card in shot, top and and bottom. I'm just interested to see if the card is one I built or not.
Cheers.

Here is the card. The builder will accept it back today. Thanks to all in this community.
I also shot a video of the color bars then black on boot.

Re: TF1260 - little support from builder/dealer
Finally received my Terrible Fire 1260 back. Just installed and it works!
It was a ram chip after all. It was a long process for the repair
but now I have a working board. Thanks all for your support.
