As I repeatedly keep telling people, you need to message me on the forum. If you email me ( firstly I don't where people get my email address from to start with) but the majority of the time I CANNOT REPLY!. It is not just my emails it is from STRIPE (the payment processor) is also getting blocked. This is totally beyond my control! Stripe emails are sent from their own servers directly and do not even pass through my own server whatsoever. So your email provider is blocking 2 email servers! This unfortunately is getting more and more common.

As people know I have gone to extreme lengths to get off companies blocked lists and ultimately gave up. It is just a ongoing nightmare with a multitude of various companies. I simply do not have the time or resources to continuously fight this day in day out. So if you email me, then do not expect a reply. Not because I'm being lazy or not replying to you! But if you have not had any receipts from the store whatsoever, it should be taken as a hint as to why! Your email provider is blocking BOTH emails from my store AND Stripes servers. I am frankly DONE with emails these days. it is simply not worth the time and hassle any more. The forum is the support portal and it is not unreasonable to sign up to get help/support/information. I spent a great deal of time trying to make things as accessible and as easy as possible for people. There is only so much I can do for people at the end of the day!
I'm sorry if people don't like the level of support I give to people or how things work. But I think some people do not realise I am just one guy in the bedroom with a soldering iron! I'm not some multi-million pound industry with a team of 50 people on constant standby to help you out with every little problem you have. I literally get paid ZERO doing all this work and I've been doing this work for almost 30 years now. I'm not such a young man any more and have various health problems. I do my best and I am generally working 15 hours a day doing this stuff for people. Again for FREE!. So please have a little bit of consideration.
Also people repeatedly forget to check their spam boxes as well. I mean come on people please! The Internet is not new and neither are emails. This really does get extremely tiresome after a while! I also keep repeatedly telling people ( and listing in my web store) people really should register on the forum and link their account so they can obtain order history and tracking. But almost nobody EVER does this. You are just creating work ultimately for yourself and myself in skipping steps.
We frankly have enough work to do in constantly correcting people's addresses because they cannot be arsed to check them before submitting orders. I'm only one person and there only so much dicking around I can do for people each day. People also have two "give a little" sometimes and help themselves. Just have some common sense in checking information before clicking that submit button. Its seriously getting extremely irritating these days. I'm thinking of bringing in a surcharge system to deal with all these problems. That if you register with the forum and check out your address correctly done then there will be no additional charges. But if you check out as a guest and screw things up then you will get a surcharge every time. I did not really want to spend the time writing this system but correcting people's addresses because they are too lazy to check them is just getting worse as time goes on. If people want to be so secretive about where they live them why order in the first place ?!
Also note I spent a great deal of time programming in receipt / order history system into the forum so people can easily obtain this information yourself as a backup when you did not get receipts or tracking information. Unfortunately you HAVE TO register on the forum to obtain this information and link your account. I cannot send you any of this information because I simply do not have it! The entire web store system is scripted and automated and the only way to recover your information is by registering on the forum and linking your email to your store account. The scripts will regenerate your information and display it to you. I do not have access to your account and I did not spend further time writing more scripts just to give you information which you can get yourself anyway.

So you need to change your email address or figure out how to white list emails from exxoshost and stripe with your own email provider.
