I am interested in the DB19F ASCI PCB RA.
What is the distance between the front flange of the connector and the first row of solder pins?

I can dig one out and measure but I think it is basically irrelevant because there are various fixing types.
Whichever type you have (assuming you are replacing one on a original machine) you will have to replace with the same manufacturer.

Unfortunately a lot of variations sold out last year other than the one which remains in my store.
The three basic types are generally, screw hole, solder post, or solder tab. As illustrated in the topic above.
Generally the soldering lugs point is what defeats you as then the pins do not align to the PCB. If you try and fit a different variation then you will struggle soldering the post and indeed the connector will not be in alignment to the others on the back of the motherboard.
